Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta and Maestro, you can also pay by Palpal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. We do not hold back orders. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.

Telephone orders are welcome: please call 01483-236634 leave a message & we will get back to you. We also accept cheques which need to be posted to our address.

Delivery Schedule

Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. If an item is out of stock it will not be charged for and may be re-ordered when back in stock. We aim to despatch your order within 2-4 working days (please note we do not operate on Bank Holidays or Sundays). If there is going to be a longer delay in the despatch of your order we will endeavour to let you know.

Tax Charges

17.5% VAT is included within the prices shown.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
